Mission

The National Little Flock Auxiliary exists to inspire and equip our 3 to 10-year-olds to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, build a strong foundation of faith, and live out the love of Christ in their communities. We seek to create a safe, welcoming environment where the Little Flock can explore their faith and develop meaningful relationships.

Trust the Word of God

Children will be products of the kind of teaching they hear and believe. In a world that feels chaotic and where truth is a matter of perspective, we encourage our Little Flock to look to God's inspired word and their faith to navigate their world.

Collaborate with Families

We work with parents, grandparents and guardians to assist our Little Flock with knowing Jesus and having an ongoing and intimate relationship with Him.

Encourage Compassion

We encourage our Little Flock to be respectful, kind and show empathy towards others.

Embrace all Children

God's love encompasses all children regardless of their abilities or circumstances. Therefore, the Auxiliary welcomes and includes all children of diverse backgrounds.

Engage and Encourage Participation

Children are encouraged to participate and fulfill roles that fit with their gifts/talents, levels of maturity and experience. We accomplish this by offering age appropriate, fun activities, such as games, role-play, music, creative arts, sports, and interactive technology.

Foster Safe Environments

Children must be adequately protected from harm or abuse (physical, sexual, emotional). So, we must create and maintain environments that facilitate a safe level of care.
